How does the pricing work?
The price you see online, is the price you pay! It is as simple as that. There are no other hidden fees, processing charges, customs brokerage fees. All pricing is reflective of landed costs. At checkout, you have the option to pay, when eligible, for “same day or next day” shipping. There is a nominal $5 delivery for anywhere in Nassau. 12% VAT is calculated at checkout.
I do not see an item that I want on the site, how do I include on the site?
There are two easy methods that you can use to advise us of items that you would like to purchase on Oasis Shopping. At the bottom right hand corner of the oasis page is an easy to use text box. Simply type the product name of the item from Whole Foods and we will upload within an hour, on regular business days! Our customer service team is constantly adding to the site!

Generally, we will upload within an hour of receipt during normal business hours!
What is your return policy?
All of our orders are customized to your needs. We are able to provide you with low competitive pricing by not stocking a warehouse in Nassau. As such, there are no return options for perishable goods ordered.
What are the shipping costs?
Free 2-day shipping is included on all orders. Want to get it faster? Same Day and Next day shipping options are available at checkout and the amount is calculated based on the total weight of your shopping cart.
How do I find my past orders?
You can shop easily on all of your past orders once you log into your account on the Oasis App or on the Oasis Website. This will help expedite your future shopping orders by easily accessing previous shopping orders!
How are you able to provide same day and next day shipping?
Oasis has partnered with an air freight company that provides daily flights to the Nassau. We have a team stationed in Ft Lauderdale to handle all the orders received. We safely secure in our warehouse facility in our coolers and freezers and items are loaded on our flight, which departs Ft Lauderdale at 3pm daily.
Are my perishable items safe?
Oasis’s understands the importance of food safety. Throughout the entire shipping process, your grocery items will be safely stored and packaged. When received in Ft Lauderdale, orders are placed in our refrigerators and freezers, transported in insulated cool packs and placed in our freezers and refrigerators in Nassau, prior to delivery to your doorstep! We monitor temperature levels with our thermometers embedded in our coolers throughout the entire process to ensure your perishable goods are kept safe at all times.
How do I cancel an Order?
In order to provide our expedited services, orders received by Oasis are placed by our Customer Service team within 15mins of receipt. Please email email@example.com and call 1-242-437-5350 to see if our team can cancel prior to pickup from Whole Foods.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are made with your credit card at checkout. . The safety of your card is our top priority. We utilize a safe and secure 3rd party merchant services account through RBC. Our team never has access to your card information to ensure complete safety!
What days do you ship Whole Foods orders?
We have a flight every day, Monday – Friday, except on holidays. To be eligible for “same day, next day, or 2 day shipping” all orders need to be placed by 10am on that particular day. E.g. if you order on Monday at 9:30am, next day shipping means you will receive on Tuesday afternoon (5pm-7pm), guaranteed! If you order on Monday at 12pm, next day shipping means that you will receive on Wednesday afternoon (5pm-7pm). Our delivery dates are based on “business” day. Therefore, if you order on Friday, the next “business” day will be Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
When do I have to place my order to be eligible for next day shipping?
Place your order by 10am the day before delivery and you will get next day shipping! Become an Oasis Plus Member for “free” next day shipping! Monthly and Yearly Oasis Plus memberships are available.
Where do you ship from?
All of our Whole Foods grocery orders ship from Ft Lauderdale, FL. We handle all formalities of shipping the items to the Bahamas, prior to delivering to your door!
Are your items genuine brands?
Yes! All of our orders are exclusively purchased from Whole Foods. Whole Foods is among the top supermarkets and they are known for their top tier quality and healthy brands. 365 Everyday Value is the Whole Foods private label brand and we feature many of these products on our site!
How do you know where to deliver?
Our customer service team will reach out to you via email and phone prior to delivery to make sure you or a designated recipient is at home to receive your goods. We will request directions and a “WhatsApp pin location” to ensure we can find you on the first go around!
Should I get an Oasis Membership?
The question you want to ask yourself is, do you want to save? If the answer is yes, then you need to get the Oasis Plus Membership. All of your Whole Foods orders will be delivered “next day” absolutely free! Currently all orders are free 2-day shipping. At only $29.99 per month, after your first order, all future next day orders are essentially free! Want even more savings? Select the yearly membership for where you will get a full year for the price of 10 months! You will also get access to rewards points, weekly coupons, special giveaways, and even more!
My Oasis app is running slow, what should I do?
Check your internet connection and if your WIFI is working properly. Also, check your ALIV or BTC connections to ensure you have good coverage. If the APP is still running slow, simply close your app and reopen. Don’t worry, the items in your cart will not be lost! Everything should be all set. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, our customer service team is very fast with responses and can assist you with placing items in your cart as needed.
How do I get started with Oasis Shopping?

Do you offer loyalty or rewards points?
Yes! Through our Oasis Plus Membership, you get points on every product you purchase. These points can be redeemed as credits on future orders. The more you buy, the more you save!
Do you encounter shipping delays?
All Whole Foods orders are flown in daily with the option of same day, next day, and free two-day shipping. On occasion, there are weather delays, airport and customs delays, hurricanes, etc. that will impact our daily flight schedule. Our customer service team will stay in constant contact with you if your order is delayed for one of these reasons. We will ensure your order is shipped in the most efficient and effective way, and keep you in the loop each step of the way!
Do I need to register before ordering?
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Click here to register.
